Values stored here override environment defaults.

How it works

• Store the TikTok app client key and client secret here so kpiper-admin can refresh profile access tokens.
• On each TikTok profile, store a token labeled TikTok Refresh Token; the admin will mint or rotate TikTok Access Token automatically.
• The current implementation expects the first refresh token to be seeded manually; auth-code acquisition can be added later on top of the same settings.
